Resend download links
Use the email and order reference from your Stripe checkout. Your order reference appears on the confirmation page immediately after payment (URL includes session_id=cs_...).

Frequently asked questions
Where is my order / download email?
After successful payment, download links are sent automatically to the email you entered on Stripe's checkout page (not typed on hunterh-music.com). Allow a few minutes and check spam or promotions folders.
Your order reference is the Stripe Checkout Session ID shown on the confirmation page right after payment — the URL looks like /checkout/success?session_id=cs_live_... and the page lists Order reference: cs_.... Save that ID if you need help.
If you still do not have an email, use the resend form on this page or contact support.
Can I get my download links again?
Yes. Use the Resend download links form on this page with the email you used at checkout and your order reference (cs_test_... or cs_live_...).
Each email includes fresh links that expire after the period stated on the licensing page. Resending does not charge you again.
Can I use purchased music commercially?
Yes — a standard catalog purchase includes royalty-free use in personal and commercial projects (YouTube, Twitch, client work, podcasts, and similar) under the non-exclusive master recording license.

My download link expired — what now?
Links in purchase emails stay active for a limited time (see the licensing page). After that, use the resend form on this page or email support with your order reference.
What information do you collect about me?
We collect only what is needed to run the store and respond to you: cart data in your browser, checkout and payment details through Stripe, email for delivery, optional request-form fields, and aggregate site analytics.
Payments happen on Stripe's site; we do not see your full card number. See the Privacy policy for a full table, checkout flow, and your rights (including access, correction, and deletion requests — available to all customers, not only EU visitors).
Can I get a refund?
Catalog orders are digital and delivered immediately. Once download links have been sent, purchases are non-refundable. Preview tracks on the site before buying when possible.
If something went wrong with delivery, contact support with your order reference — we will help fix fulfillment issues.
I need custom music, not a catalog track
Use the request form or email requests@hunterh-music.com for commissions, game/film scoring, production, or lessons. That inbox is separate from catalog order support.
